PROCESS OF CONDUCTING A STRATEGIC SESSION:
  • PARTICIPANTS:
    Those who make decisions and ensure their implementation in practice are invited to participate in the Session.
    One facilitator can work with a group of up to 15 people. If there are more participants, co-facilitators are involved.
  • PLACE:
    Offline: the room for the session should be large enough (from 2.5 sq.m per participant), bright, and equipped with air conditioning or ventilation. The room should have tables for work.
    Online: a strategic session can be held on any convenient internet platform that supports work in subgroups. We often use ZOOM and MIRO for online sessions.
  • DURATION:
    Depending on the organization's request, one strategic session can last from 1 to 3 days.
