The competition consists of three stages:

Employees fill out an anonymous online survey (within 10 minutes) based on 12 categories that allows you to calculate your company's "Happiness Index".

The best (TOP-3) companies in all directions will have the opportunity to speak in front of the audience at the Third International Management Forum in Tashkent.

All finalists will be awarded diplomas of the international competition, and the winner of the nomination will receive a commemorative stele from the jury representative confirming that he has personally achieved high results. All participants will be provided with a short report on the results of the survey.
