This competition is held to determine the best appriaches and practices for empovering the working community. The purpose of “Happiness in action!” is to increase the prestige and effectiveness of the management and development of organizational culture.

The methodology for selecting winners is based on scientific research, many years of experience of Zappos.com, the developments of the Gallup Institute and the study of Doctor of Psychology, Professor of Moscow State University Tahir Bazarov, published in his new book “Happy Company. Secrets of practical psychology.

Three stages of the “Happiness in action!”:

Employees complete (in 10 minutes) an anonymous online survey in 12 categories, which will allow to calculate the “Happiness Index” in your company


The best (top 3) companies in each industry will have the opportunity to speak to the audience of the Third International Management Forum in Tashkent

The Forum participants determine the winner through online voting.

All finalists will receive Diplomas of the international contest, and the winner in the nomination will receive a Commemorative Stele from the hands of the jury representative, confirming the achievement of outstanding results. All participants will receive a short report with the results of the survey.
