The application for participation must be submitted by the HR Director.
The Contest is held in several stages:
Stage 1 – Completion of the application form by the Contestant by December 15;
Stage 2 – Evaluation of the submitted projects for compliance with the terms and criteria of the Contest – by December 22;
Stage 3 – Evaluation of the submitted projects by the jury members – by January 10;
Stage 4 – Announcement of the list of finalists of the Contest – by January 15;
Final – Awarding of the finalists and winners at the International Management Forum in Tashkent on January 31.

The projects submitted to the Contest are assessed according to the following criteria:
The applied Contestants are assessed according to the following criteria:
- High relevance for the company and the market;
- Reflects the systematic nature of work with personnel in the company;
- Involvement of management and other departments of the company;
- Implementation into the current HR processes of the company;
- Results at the end of the project that correspond to the goals and objectives;
- Influence on the employer brand, employee engagement and satisfaction;
- Use of modern tools and solutions;
The applied Contestants are assessed according to the following criteria:
- Contribution to the development of the HR community;
- Speech at conferences, forums, specialized and business events;
- Achievements in the field of HR management (diplomas, awards);
The jury evaluates each criterion on a 3-point scale:
Based on the results of the evaluation of projects and contestants, the Jury determines the winners, no more than three in each category.
The winner may be recognized as a Contestant who has scored at least 75% of the maximum number of points.
If the number of points in the evaluation of projects submitted by different participants coincides, the Jury reserves the right to determine an additional winner or an additional nomination (by business sector, country, etc.).
- 1 point – compliance with the criterion is not demonstrated and is difficult to evaluate;
- 2 points – compliance with the criterion is demonstrated at an average level;
- 3 points – the highest score.
Based on the results of the evaluation of projects and contestants, the Jury determines the winners, no more than three in each category.
The winner may be recognized as a Contestant who has scored at least 75% of the maximum number of points.
If the number of points in the evaluation of projects submitted by different participants coincides, the Jury reserves the right to determine an additional winner or an additional nomination (by business sector, country, etc.).
